Rop van Mierlo's collection of animal paintings in the form of the book “WILD ANIMALS” won the “Best Dutch Design Award” in 2011. Fascinated by the idea of creating animals that he cannot control, Mierlo has created various abstract portraits of wild and not-so-wild animals using a “wet-on-wet” painting style.

It is only right that the Dutch designer's wonderful works have found their way onto many other objects and items of clothing and thus also to us in the form of T-shirts and postcards.

Incidentally, we are not the only ones who are impressed - Mierlo has already collaborated with fashion giants such as Marni and Hermès.

Of course, we decided to bring the wild animals into DOMUS VIVENDI not only because of their special design - Rop van Mierlo also meets the high quality standards: The unisex T-shirts are made from 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton and are produced in Portugal.
