DOMUS VIVENDI is an independent concept store in Vienna and the home of the Viennese fashion label MODUS VIVENDI. Located at Westbahnstraße 5a, in the heart of Vienna's 7th district, our store brings together Austrian designer fashion, international independent labels, extraordinary accessories and carefully selected niche perfumes.
Behind DOMUS VIVENDI are three women: Monika Bacher, Charlotte Maager and Vera Sperl. Three distinct personalities united by a shared passion for fashion beyond the ordinary, unconventional design and the joy of experimentation.
A store where fashion isn't just sold. It's made.
Our atelier is part of the store itself. This is where ideas take shape, fabrics are cut, garments are sewn and new creations come to life. Visitors can experience the world of MODUS VIVENDI up close and discover the creative process behind the clothes.
Alongside our own label, we present a carefully curated selection of Austrian and international independent designers. Experimental silhouettes, distinctive materials, individual pieces of jewellery, vintage discoveries and fragrances with character – chosen not because they are meant to please everyone, but because they have something to say.
