Shipment tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the status of your order at any time.
Damaged or lost orders
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit

Damaged goods:
Please send us photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can find a solution.
Lost packages:
If your order hasn't arrived after 10 days, please contact us. We will check the status with the shipping provider and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Complaints
Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at contact@domusvivendi.store to register a return.

You must return the goods in unused and resalable condition and in
in the original packaging. For items that show signs of wear, Domus Vivendi will charge a reasonable fee for the loss in value. The same applies if accessories or parts are missing upon return.
There is no right of return if the original label has been removed from the goods, as in this case we must assume that you have accepted the goods.
You must arrange for the return of the goods (by mail or another sender of your choice) yourself and you must also bear the costs involved.
If you do not cover the costs of returning the goods, we are entitled to retain or invoice you for the corresponding amount.
Taxes, duties, fees, and shipping costs are NOT refundable upon return of the order. You are also responsible for any foreign bank charges.
