ITALIAN MERINO WOOL

Sustainability, traceability and the best wool in the world.

Our merino wool comes from an Italian spinning mill, which ensures full traceability of the fibers used for its yarns and fabrics. 

The wool comes from sheep on the Beaufront estate, nestled in the picturesque hills of Ross in Tasmania and known for grazing top quality merino sheep.

 The Beaufront property is known for quality and environmental responsibility. By regularly checking the soil and the plant species, the biodiversity of the pastures is preserved. The highest animal welfare standards are used for wool production. Certificates for non-mulised wool are available. A professional shearing team is deployed to ensure that all wool is sheared ethically and that the sheep are treated in a stress-free environment.

AUSTRIAN ORGANIC DENIM

Family company with a pioneering spirit.

Our denim comes from a small Upper Austrian family business that specializes in flax cultivation. This denim was also developed from a passion for the material, along with other products.

This is made from 40% linen from ecological mühlviertel production and from 60% organic Turkish cotton. All production and finishing steps except for the spinning process are carried out in Austria.

AUSTRIAN LINEN

Tradition since 1832

We prefer linen from Upper Austrian production, because linen weaving has a long tradition in this area.

These linen yarns come from Europe (France, Belgium and Holland), are woven in Upper Austria and have the organic quality markGOTS andIVN order certified. The fabrics are finished and dyed in Lower Austria.

ZERO WASTE

Appreciation for the material

We started with the 'zero waste' approach long before the trend started. Right from the start, the label felt obliged to avoid waste with a conscious approach and high level of craftsmanship.

Every piece of knitting waste from the studio is collected and processed into patchwork pieces. This creates absolutely unique pieces in elaborate handwork that become signature pieces.

It is produced in our in-house workshop in Vienna or by local companies.We know our partners' businesses and know that their employees are paid fairly. The supply chains are short.
